Free walkthrough
Thirty minutes at your home. We find the shut-offs, the detectors, the quirks, and ask what falls through the cracks today.
Pick a plan
We recommend one based on how often you travel and what you'd like handled. Start the same week.
We check and coordinate
Visits happen on schedule. Vendors are booked, met and followed up with. You get a short report after every visit.
One monthly invoice
Plan fee plus any vendor work at cost, with our coordination fee shown as its own line. No surprises.

Billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Every plan starts with a free walkthrough.

Rental & Airbnb owners
Weekly property check with photo report, tenant and guest maintenance requests, cleaner and supply coordination, lockbox and key management. Turnover check and restock $65. Move-in or move-out photo report $150. Property care only; we don't handle listings, bookings, leases or rent.
Vendor and handyman work is billed at the vendor's actual cost plus the coordination fee for your plan, shown separately on your invoice. Pass-through costs like groceries, washes and dump fees are billed at cost with receipts.
One-off help
Not ready for a plan? These are available on their own.
Power washing prices are finalized after a quick look on site. Large cleanouts go through a licensed hauler at cost plus 20%.

We keep the service area small on purpose. Close by means we can be at your house in minutes when something comes up.
Who's behind UpKeep Homes
"I started UpKeep Homes because the houses I grew up around always had one person who just handled things. Most families don't have that person anymore."
UpKeep Homes is run by Pearce Mahoney, an SMU graduate who lives in Dallas and does the walkthroughs, the checks and the vendor calls himself. You'll have his number, and you'll hear from him the same day.
